His duties include:
- Ensuring that all employees comply with the rules and laws and the Code of Compliance
- If a suspicion of corruption is raised, he is the first point of contact for employees
- If a suspicious case is substantiated, he passes on the information obtained to the management
- If necessary, the Compliance Officer provides support for the measure(s) to be taken and their implementation
